PERFORMANCE COACH & MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT
I am a high-performance certified coach, and a change management expert, who transforms people, business processes and systems, and help my clients achieve their very best. I also have extensive leadership experience [see bio], and often act as a leadership coach and/or management consultant in my engagements.
On the coaching side, my expertise is in organizational, leadership and business coaching. I work with individuals (C-level; current leaders; mid-level managers, and high-potential employees), and also facilitate group workshops.
My focus areas are coaching on leadership skills, executive presence, effective communication, productive teamwork, and helping international companies and individuals have a smooth cultural transition to the US business and job market.

I borrow my coaching approach and high-performance techniques from two worlds I have been part of. They all result in real life experiences and knowledge that I share with my clients:

High-performance coaching helps people explore their motivation, and overcome the blockers that hold them back. It's about both support and challenge.
Here are some common challenging situations where I used high-performance coaching to help my clients achieve PEAK PERFORMANCE and optimize their potential:
Making fundamental changes to performance or behavior – This involves the equivalent of athletes breaking bad habits in their game, and relearning skills the right way to optimize their performance. My clients often include motivated professionals who feel (or being told) that their performance needs modifications (e.g., enhance certain leadership skills).
Handling major setbacks – High-performance coaching helps people recover from major business or personal setbacks. I help my clients deal with major episodes of stress or burnout, or fix work-life imbalances
Navigating transitions successfully– Change points I specialize in include: cultural transitions (e.g., between countries; between companies), leadership transitions (e.g., to more senior positions that present new challenges). I offer my clients mentorships, clear guidance and genuine inspiration. I had faced similar challenges myself.
HOW PERFORMANCE COACHING WORKS
The simplest yet most effective way I found high-performance coaching explained comes from one of the most valuable books in coaching, "The Inner Game of Tennis" by W. Timothy Gallwey. (I used it as a tennis player too, and came back to it later in my career as a performance coach).
The formula is simple:
Performance = Potential - Interference
In my coaching engagements, I often find that "interference" generally means emotional interference. Performance suffers because our emotions get in the way. Some of the interfering emotions are over-worrying, lack of confidence, self-doubt, fear, guilt, and more.
Working with a new client is a very exciting yet a challenging process— there is a lot of discovery to do!
Discovery-- We start with a forward-looking approach to set a clear vision and goals for the engagement. I give my clients safe space to talk- I listen actively, I ask powerful questions, and together we peel the onion, and uncover the barriers (i.e., interferences) that currently stand in the way.
Strategy and Execution-- We then strategize and agree on how to remove interferences, one by one. We develop a very detailed, action-oriented plan, with measurable outcomes. We interact regularly- I am there to support my clients in their journeys, we celebrate small and big wins, and reassess direction when things don’t go as planned. We often use common principles from positive psychology sciences that fuel success and performance.
Sustainability-- I motivate my clients every step of the way until they achieve their Peak Performance. Like with professional athletes who use performance coaches, peak performance in the business world or personal life needs to be sustained and when the time comes, we switch to maintenance and reinforcement mode.
